How to advertise a fan page set up for facebook / twitter ?

I run a fan page with 2 other of my friends, it started out on Twitter and has 800 followers, we decided to get a facebook page, but the only problem is is that it doesn't seem to be getting many people on it. Is there any way of using twitter to advertise oour page a lot more on Facebook?

( It's a Harry Potter page by the way )

The Only Way to Advertise it on Twitter is to post a tweet about it
