As far as i know following someone is with twitter and not facebook.

Go to Account settings --> Followers --> Turn on follow
|

go to your facebook page on home next to your name. click on it if is not already open. then look on your left side of the page where it has a listing of the items starting with favorites. then look down and see if there is the heading follow under the heading interests. click on that. if the list ends up at more, click on it to and interest will appear at the end of that listing and continue as mentioned.

Go to Account Settings Than Go To Followers and From there you Should Be Able to Turn on the Follow Option
|
