well your question is very blunt, but I would suggest blogging about things that interest you weather it be food, fashion, entertainment or all of the above.

I can choose about Fashion and photography people will to check these.
Just start a new blog what you like more and where your expert. (or) start a blog with general information, you can add everything in your blog like software updates, gadgets, fashion, interiors, life style, men and women health etc..

You can create the blog that depends on your interest. Try to search in Google Trends you will get the latest topics and for which topics users are searching the internet. so that you can craete the blog and you will get the traffic.
