UNABLE TO UPLOAD ANY DATA?
I'm using Vodafone 3G on Panasonic t11 which I just bought it. Previously I was using 2g. My 3G is active and I can download any data but I am unable to upload any data on whatsapp, Line and any other app except gmail and Facebook. I verified it using speed test and found out that nothing gets uploaded while the downloading speed was above 200 kbps. Please help

It's problem with the app..uninstall and reinstall it.
