I need a Instagram account to take pictures for school work ad I can't make no more on my device. All my friends do not have apple/android phones, can anyone make one for me or have one already made free to use?

You can download the Instagram app for your iPhone/iPad in the App Store or get if for your Android in Google Play.
Once the app is installed on your device, tap to open it
Tap Register
Create a username and password and fill out your profile info (ex: email, name)
Tap Done
Learn how to take a photo and find your way around the app.

Try Uinstalling the App And Reinstall it and See if That Will Go Away and if it will let you Make a Account

Its Not a Good Idea to Ask Someone On Here To Make you a Account Because they Are making you one Or Have you One they Would Have your Information and They Can Hack it Easily
