How to tell who "Likes" a URL on Facebook?

When I get to a URL-- not a Facebook page, but a URL on the web-- and it says 2,345 people like this... Is there a way to see who those people are?

My company wants to enter everybody that clicks "like" on our homepage into a monthly ipad giveaway. We don't want to bother anybody with filling out a form, we'd just like to contact them via their Facebook profile, and only if they win the drawing. (Yes, it really is a legitimate drawing!)

it's a bit tricky, but you would need to use a LIKE-BOX, not a LIKE-LINK

I suppose there is no way other than to visit Facebook and see the people that liked it from there
