Instagram photo of me?

There is is this account on Instagram which uses a photo of me, which I did not let the have as a profile picture, I do not know who set it up, but I do know them, I'm just a kid, and my parents and I feel pretty uncomfortable, I was wondering if there is anything I could do.

Notify the police, or hire a hacker to trace the ip adress where it was uploaded. This is illegal of whoever did it. It can also be a case of cyberbullying.
