How do I fully preload flash videos prior to playing them?

I know you can already do this with a firefox plugin for youtube videos on android tablets, but I need a more general way to preload any flash video on the internet on my PC because they keep stopping and buffering every two seconds and I can't watch anything that way. I want videos to load completely first and then start playing. Anyone knows how to do this?

Try to pause the video, wait until it loads fully, then play.
