How would one go about publishing an idea to a gaming company?

I need to do this for my 10th grade personal project, and most of the sites I tried checking were blocked by my schools blocks.

As some professional inventors will tell you, good ideas alone are a dime a dozen, I would have to say particularly game ideas are a nickle a dozen, game production companies probably have 10x more ideas than resources to produce them.

There are some computer/mobile game making tools that require virtually no programming, perhaps you can create your own very simple example game.
