Wis there a website that allows me to use the morpher effect from the original power rangers or free softwere?

I dont have the money to pay for after effect and i just need this one effect but more could bé needed later i have a blackberry and no apple devices so it has to bé on my computer is there a website or a program that lets me do the morpher effect or free softwere it has to bé free though i dont have any form of income atm and dont have the money to spend on after effects plus its just for fun nothing profecional ???
