Why do we need a mobile phone to make a twitter account?
Everytime I try to make a twitter account, it tells me I need to get the app. I don't have a mobile phone, and windows 7 isn't on the app list.

You don't need a mobile phone to make a Twitter account unlike that photo sharing service which Facebook acquired.

It DOESN'T ask you to get an app.
