creating persona for marketing?

Hi,
I'm looking to create persona or personal profile for marketing our paintings. It is based on this profile that we write articles for marketing purpose.

The thing is, the personas are not even close to perfect. can you help me with some ideas that can help me make these profile at least 'good'?

To create a persona, you might want to have these information in your persona profile

Persona Background:
Education and Hobby
Role in a company
What company he/she works for

Persona Demographics:
Gender
Age Range
Home
urbanicity?

Persona Goals:
Primary Goal
Secondary Goal

Persona Challenges:
Primary Challenges
Secondary Challenges

Persona Worries:
What he/she need helps with?
Problems he/she might be facing?

Lastly, how can your service/product help him/her.

To add a twist to it, name each of your persona.
