Can you help me fix this facebook problem?

I tried to change my profile picture on facebook by uploading a new one..but whenever i upload a picture it says the file is too big and it needs to be less than 4mb but the pic is already less than 4mb its 50-60kb....i tried 15 photos and it said the same for all of them,and all were less than 4mb..how can i fix this? i tried internet explorer,firefox and chrome..none of them worked..

Open up Chrome > Clear Cache & Cookies too > Try Again
If it doesn't work then try to lower the *RESOLUTION* of the image
Yeah. That's right. Resolution.
Sometimes Facebook just assume that you're uploading a large file if the resolution is bigger
Use Photoshop for that

its Because you Think the Photos are Correct But They Are Not you Have to Change the Photo Size in Order For it to Work Keep Adjusting Until it Works
