Which Speed Is Good For Uploading And Downloading ?
I Upload a videos on site that goes 30 KB/s maximum, is it normal ?
I Download Torrent with a lot of seeds and the maximum is 370 KB/s is it normal ?

Internet connection is fine i see YouTube normal but some times it stucks, i have a WIFI connection.

Which is the lower, minimum, and maximum speed for Uploading & Downloading ?

300kb/s is very slow. and an upload speed of 30kb/s is shit.
I download at 2mb/s.

I think download speed 10Mbps and 5Mbps is good.

some time that is depend on your net speed
otherwise the 10mbps speed is good
