How to change your profile picture on Facebook and keep all the likes?

I want to change my profile picture to an older one, but everytime I make the exact photo my profile picture it sets all the likes and comments to 0. I've seen people do it before, how do I make a photo that had likes and such on it my profile picture WITHOUT losing all the likes?

If you Have Not Used it As a Profile Picture Before Then Its Not Possible if you Have Used it in the Past

Go to the Profile Pictures Photo Album

Than Go to the Picture

On the Bottom

Under Options

Click on Set as Profile Picture

Don't worry dear,
just go to in your profile photo album.
If you choose image from any other album then it will not contain all your likes.
But if you choose image from profile photo album then it will contain all your likes.

You can easily change your profile pic by the following steps...
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Hover your mouse over your original picture.
3. Decide whether you want to choose from your photos, take a photo, or upload a photo.
