How do you upload photos without getting a new url address for the photos?

I'm trying to upload urls of photos and when I do, the photos have new url addresses. I'm trying to upload photos somewhere that can disappear when a website or someone else removes them. I wanted it to be up to them that the photos stay up or gets deleted, not me.

Signup for a service like http://www.smugmug and give whoever you want access to delete and edit the account.
