Paypal help please? - I'm not receiving verification code!?
Hi, today morning I registered on Paypal. I then put my VISA card number, and was told that they'd charge me $1, and I'd have to put the 4-Digit code onto their site to verify the card is mine. I have now been waiting for 10 hours and have not yet received this $1 charge on my credit card account. Is this normal? How long does it usually take?
