How to broadcast something to strangers on Facebook?

There's a site (I don't want to look like I'm advertising so I won't say it's name) where you can get free "points" for downloading apps. Once you reach 6000 points, you can claim a free $10 iTunes gift card. However, each app only gives about 100 points or less, so it sort of goes really slow. But if you give your "referral code" to other people and introduce them to the site, they earn some bonus points and you henceforth earn 50% of whatever points they earn. You can do this to an unlimited number of people an unlimited number of times, but most people I know use Android devices.

And this is where Facebook comes in: how can I broadcast my referral code to strangers on Facebook? (I'm sorry if this seems stupid, but I've only used Google+ so I'm not Facebook savvy.) Can I do it w/o having my account taken down? Should I do it on Twitter instead/stick with Google+?
