Samsung galaxy s3 question?

Can I download apps like Instagram or tumblr without any fees. Obviously using them will cost data or whatever but am I going to end up with a massive bill at the end of the month just for downloading them? Tumblr and Instagram didnt appear to cost anything.

Yes they'll charge 100 dollars per month... Jk but no it does not cost money. The only thing g that'll cause you to be charged is going over your data limit. It's hard to go over it by using instagram. But try your best to stay on wifi
