Internet connecction help?

Ok look, my PC says that the connecting is fine and no troubleshoots, yellow triangles or other things, i open all my browsers and nothing works, i opened a game by flash that needs internet, doesnt worrk, now i tried minecraft and it worked, wheres the problem, i cant open browser links or anything help

maybe the dns server cache is messed up? i hav e a similiar problem from time to time
goto start , then type command, on the list should be an item called command prompt right click run as administrator once the box pops up try typing ipconfig/flushdns

have you tried to reset your Ethernet because I have that same problem at my house and when I reset the box it works just fine afterwards.
