Is their server down or something? Tried on the app on iPhone, and also on their website.

Perhaps their server is down, is your photos compatible with their requirements, e.g. .jpg or .jpeg etc? also, does it quality with the requirements they have set, e.g. No nudity etc? If all is correct, server is just probably down.
