my yahoo works on my other computers with older versions of ie

Windows 8 > iExplorer 11 error

assumption is that new Win 8 touch screen monitor and older browser gui function don't well,

dynamics could be bookmarks are conflicting with service,
add on plugins causing conflict with start up of browser,
