Surely it would be best to make the complaint directly to the individual or company which has upset you rather than to some general forum type site?

Instead of a public whine, how about complaining to the organisation concerned so they have a chance to remedy matters - and if that doesn't work, to any regulator/professional body or other entity who could actually help resolve things?

Complain about what? Firstly you deal with the Company, or whoever you have a problem with. If no satisfaction, you complain to the Ombudsman of the right category.
