How do I study better?

i keep getting distracted. i have a few things i need for homework which is due monday and a test on thursday i need to study for. i keep getting distracted by Facebook twitter and tumblr as well as my email. don't say to turn these things off because i need my laptop to type my stuff on. therefore i need internet to complete everything. i need an A on this test. how do i study for my humanities test? any ideas?
my family keeps being a distraction too because of the house phone ringing, the tv all the way up, my 11 year old sister playing, my parents talking...
of course i study and do my homework in my room. my entire family is so loud i can't concentrate.
