No one knows the date yet but no more then a month or two.

The 100% Confirmed features:

Anvils
Cobble stone walls
Desert/Jungle Temples
Desert Villages
Trading w/Villagers
Emeralds
Dye Dog Collars and Leather armor
Carpet
Pumpkin Pie
Carrots and Potatoes (Carrot on a stick also)
Trip Wire
Ender Chest
Nether Quartz and all the blocks and stairs
Flower Pot
Sideways wood Logs
New creative Mode Interface
Wither Boss (This isn't confirmed but 4J studios are hinting at it, but it could not be in TU14)
Teleporting to other players in multiplayer

If you follow 4J studios on twitter they have a ton of info and will announce the release date because they make updates.
