Why do girls who are jealous of these girls post questions on Yahoo Answers but know they can do better if they posted a pic on their facebook. Why don't you stop being jealous of others and start doing things for yourself that are you gonna make you happy. That's all I got to say, out.

to get attention (attention whores), to get the boy they like to notice them, to make them feel better about themselves, to feel sexy, to see peoples reactions, as part of a dare, to feel alive, to feel needed or wanted by a guy, to make u pay to see more (jobs), to spam people, to get ur identity, etc, etc, etc.

theres tons of reasons. The same thing goes for guys and shirtless pics. It boils down to attention (good or bad). Guys will give ANY girl all the attention they want if they have a pic of them in a bikini and the girls know it. Whether its used for good or bad though is up to those girls.

Because they've usually learned -- even just through trial and error -- that that's how they're most likely to get attention. It's quick and easy. And they're usually not the ones going to get attention for their brains or other skills, either.

It works, and it's going to keep working. Being in good enough physical shape to reproduce (and subsequently carry a child for 9 months and then help to raise it) is, for better or worse, at the core of the continuation of the species. And if you're in good enough shape to post photos in a bikini, you're trying to flaunt that power.
