The website was set up only last summer and it is hosted out of China.

As such, they only sell cheaply made counterfeits and not the real bags.

The official site Michaelkors.com is the ONLY site in the world selling real Michael Kors products that is allowed to use the terms "kors' or "michael kors" anywhere in their domain name. Every other site you find using these terms is actually breaking the law - it's called trademark infringment. So if the name is already illegal you know the site is not legit
Best case - you get cheap vinyl bags that fall apart after a few weeks and look nothing like the real thing
Worst case - they steal your money and you can't get it back as Paypal or your credit card company will not refund you for buying counterfeit items
