my chest hurts!! please answer!?

in the past hour, i've gotten two panic attacks that seemed like it came from the heart and im scared. it started with my right side (where the appendix is) started hurting. i am 13. i guess i have been stressed because my boyfriend told me he might be moving away. i've also been laying around bed all day. i might have sat the wrong way? i'm scared

Panic attacks cause chest pains and heart attack like symptoms but it's not a heart attack. You're just having horrible panic attacks. Big deep breaths help, clearing your mind from all negativity...getting off social media...Facebook etc...get off of it, turn off the tv or turn it on and watch a funny happy movie...go for a walk, take a bath, get out of the house with friends and talk about it...will help you feel better. Sitting in the house all day and constantly thinking about all the stresses and crying about it is only going to give you panic attack after panic attack. You need to really chill and do something else. I'm sorry he's moving away but it's not the end of the world, you can stay in contact. Everything will be fine!
