Can ebay send you a copy of a message that you sent?

I rang up ebay because I had a problem with a buyer, ebay then said that I sent an email to this buyer when i clearly didn't because it isn't in my sent emails. Could I ask ebay to send me a copy of this email?

yes if you didn't send it then tell them you want to see it because you didn't send it and it's not in your sent messages

You should make sure your Yahoo account wasn't hacked. This will allow you to state to eBay that your account is secure.

yes they would be able to trace the sent email on ebay
