What do people see if they try to look me up on Facebook?

If a potential employer were to look my name up on the internet on Facebook, do they see my profile page as default? ...... Do they have to be a registered user of Facebook first to do this?
I am applying for new jobs and am concerned about my privacy.Thanks for your help, in anticipation.

they can see everything on ur profile....but if u dont want them to see anything....open your facebook...click on a button in the top right corner of ur facebook page which looks like a LOCK.....after clicking u will have a option of who can see ur stuff....click on that...and after that there will be a option of who can see my stuff......below that it will say friends....click on it and make it to only me....and after that no one will be able to see ur stuff on facebook except ur profile picture...HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
