Who can see my twitter account if its private?

Okay so I set my twitter account to private so people can't follow me unless I accept it. And If they dont follow me they cant see my tweets. But what if I unfollow someone and my account is still private can who I unfollowed still see my tweets. I know they didnt unfollow me but I didnt know if they automatically unfollow me if I stop following them and my account is private

If you were fallowing each other and then you decided to follow, he will still see your tweets because you have been accepted him as follower before. If you clock him,he wll not see your tweets.
