Yes, Facebook does allow you to advertise, but it costs extra. You can also make a page and it's free and you can still post stuff about sales, etc. It depends on how long you want the ad to be seen, thats how much extra you will pay. Say your on your newsfeed(laptop or pc) and you see those ads, people and companies pay extra for those ads, but yes Facebook will let you. Hope this helps? Smile
