How to get this boy to like me?

Okay well basically there is a boy I really like, I've liked him for about a month now but haven't said anything to him about it. We sit near each other in a few of our lessons and In one of my lessons I talk to him quite a lot but not in a romantic way just like friendy way. I told my friend that I like him and she said she thinks he likes me but he hasn't asked me out or anything. Iv'e been trying to get him to see me like that, we always have fun teasing each other and we chat occasionaly on Facebook but I want to talk to him more. I dont want to message him all the time because then I might annoy him..

I feel like he might not like me though because he is in the popular group and although Im friends with those people Im not one of them. On the other hand he always smiles at me and my other friends dont really think hes very fit so maybe he is in my league? Aah I dont know, all I know is I really like him and would love to go out with him, do you have any possible answers to the following questions??
A) Do you think he likes me?
B) How can I get him to like me? Am I doing the right things so far?
C) Is there anything else you think might help me?
