Games on demand Service for Xbox Live?
i know that theres an update on Augest 11th to get Avatar Awards, Avatar Market Place, facebook, twitter, last fm., zune marketplace blah blah blah, and Games on demand service. Im confused about games on demand service. will it be like buying a digital copy of a game or is it like a digital rental?

just a heads up, NEVER buy a digital game, unless its an arcade game. Theres not really an upside to it.

You're buying, not renting. You're getting a full copy of the disc just like you would in the store. You can delete and redownload it whenever you want.

Downsides: You can't sell it when you're done with it. It uses a bunch of disk space (just as much as installing a disc to the hard drive).

Upsides: Won't get scratched. Can't get lost/stolen. Don't have to put a disc in to start playing.

Yes Game's on demand feature's original Xbox 360 game's Digital copy BUT it doesn't feature new released game's only old game's like Assasin creed / The first Viva pinata / all it requires is You're credit or debit card or Microsoft Exchange point's . they require an Hard Drive which it will be eating the space. it was confirmed it won't by Microsoft official executive representative.

I don't recommend it specially Digital content like full game's really take's the space of you're Hard Drive and it'll be increasing the risk of getting E68 which is Hard Drive Failure requiring to either replace you're whole Hard Drive because the Hard Drive is completely bricked.

What is the cause? The spin speed increases when trying to install stuff on it and if it will be interrupted by freezing or powered off suddenly by the Xbox 360 it'll be corrupted and will show the E68. That is why there is a prediction that Digital content is increasing the risk of getting one because it requires time for installation and Hard Drive Space. And if you ever lost it you're digital content will be erased as well that's why we don't recommend it.
