That's more than likely not gong to happen.
She has 18+ million followers, and probably has "people" who are doing some of the tweeting for her.

Don't spam her <---all celebrities HATE that.
Say something funny and original too her.
dont say "plz follow me" and stuff like that....they get tired of it.
change ur user to "Notice me Selena" etc.
......and just....keep believing!
