I Love to Skype,and are there any rooms that allow me skype with foreigners....Like chat rooms but a video chat and i want it to be within skype and not some other website.Is there any kind of community where users share there skype name to video chat about stuff Like Anime,Hentai ETC

Skype is not that kind of site where you go and make new random friends. but there are many sites from where you can meet people through video chat you can share your skype id there and they may skype call or chat with you.there is no other way around to socialize on skype.
