Please Help - Ebay Question?
So I've eventually sold my first item (wohoo)... a Black Nintendo DS Lite (weighing 270g)... and i have no idea what to do next Sad I already know what to pack the DS in but where do I go to post the parcel? I mean if i have the package label taped on can i just pop it into a letterbox and it get sent that way? or do i have to go to the postoffice and post it that way?

N.B. Im posting the item from the UK to another part of the UK.

I would personally go to the post office just to make sure I have paid the correct postage. They can also give u a receipt even if u r not buying recorded or that. It just states weight and date posted. Just gives me piece of mind.

Basically you just pop into any post office, hand it over at the counter and they'll tell you how much it will cost to post it, a 270g parcel would be £2.70 if it's sent first class, £3.65 for first class recorded delivery and £5.30 for standard parcels

Hope this helps

Right ~ FIRST RULE for new ebay members. Only send things out by a 'Signed for' Service such as the Post Office's 'Recorded Delivery. This means that the person you send it to has to sign for it on receipt. Which proves it was delivered so they cannot scam you by saying they never received the item.

For this item i would send it Second Class recorded Delivery. The post office will give you a Proof of Posting slip with a tracking number on it. Keep that until the buyer has given you a feedback.
