The site is only 5 months old, I could not find an About Us, or Contact Us link, though they are at least registered to a U.S. address the business lacks any evidence of credibility, someone selling such high end products should be showing a retail store location and have a site better than a generic looking ecommerce site template.
Buy through Amazon where you would probably et better customer protection.
