I need help with Facebook?

Hey so my Facebook is saying "facebook your account is not able to make friend connections" it won't let me friend request people. And I don't send friend requests to people I don't know I know have about 36 friends on there.

there's nothing you can really do about it - there isnt some hidden setting or anything

May be it is some technical issue, so you just wait for some time and then try again, if issue will remain then going to help option and write this to Facebook, they sure provide you help quickly.
