resetting and re-registering?

I erased and reset my nook tablet after deciding to sell.... then i started to think, then i decided to keep it....

The problem was i had three subscriptions.. does it automatically deletes my subscription and if i resubscribe will they double charge me a month?

no if you removed those updates when you deleted all the stuff on your nook, then you shouldn't get 2 bills for the same update.
