How to start a Youtube Gaming Channel?

I want to start a Youtube Gaming Channel with my friends and want to post gameplay videos of COD Ghosts, GTA 5, Fifa 14... I have a logo and an intro video set up but we are new to Youtube. (I have watched videos for 5 years but this is the first time i am uploading videos) Can you please give us some tips and maybe a link to a Capture Card we can use. We are going to playing on the Xbox 360 and the capture card has to record at 480p.

First off, figure out what hasn't already been done (i.e. don't do 'commentary' because everyone and their little brother does it) and develop that idea.
-Top 5 plays of the week is an old concept too, so be original.
-Make friends with big names. Exposure through them is very helpful.
-Make a video that summarizes your entire concept, make it REALLY fun and submit it to a channel that already has a committed userbase.
-Exposure is the most important thing.
-The only way to have success on Youtube is getting help from larger channels.
- Go the channels with 10k, 20k, 30k subs and start following them, follow them on twitter, facebook, etc. If they livestream, catch their streams as much as you possibly can and post in the stream chat.
-The best thing you can do is just have fun with it.
-You have to upload videos on a regular basis -Daily.
