Comcast Monitoring My Usage of a Downloaded Program?
I downloaded this program only once called, "APB Reloaded." It's a shooter game involving cops and criminals. It's downloaded onto my C: Drive. Every week my mom gets a call from Comcast reporting my usage on the game while I'm at school. I know this since she already told me.

Is it possible for Comcast to monitor a program that's already been downloaded on your computer? I thought they could only monitor browsing history and what has been downloaded (not the amount of time the program has been used). Appreciate some help here...

Comcast is not monitoring you game play. They would not have someone call your mother LOL. Do you know how much that would cost them to call kid's parents? If your mom knows how much you are on the game she has installed Parental control software that allows her to look at the time you've been online and what you are doing.Your Mom must being telling you it's comcast because she does not want you to know she is if fact monitoring you.

Comcast like every other internet provider in the country watch everything their users do, now if someone is using your account then you have a serious problem, you have a virus, spyware on your computer, If it's a payable games play your mum will be left to pay the bill,

My advice is stop using windows operating system and move over to Linux operating system it's faster Secure and far more advanced than windows is, you can still play stream games with Linux
