Does FACEBOOK have REAL LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS available to answer questions and resolve USER issue?
I'm a gamer on Facebook; I play Castle Age, CastleVille, CityVille, FarmVille and others. Yet when we (THE USERS) have a need to speak (NOT TO A DEVELOPER) to a Facebook representative, I have never found an option for communicating issues.

If so then they do not speak English nor live in a country with a name that's easily pronounced.

Facebook is a free service. Why would they go to the added expense of a real live person over a phone line?

You're stuck using online and email support options. They could probably afford to employ customer service reps by phone, but even if they provide bad service what are you going to do? Quit?

Edit: Facebook's customers are big businesses buying from them. Facebook's users are their PRODUCT. They support their customers, not their users. The lure of free stuff is what they use to get users, so they can sell their info. Advertising, preferences and history, etc... these are what they sell.

Don't expect Facebook to go out of their way to help you. You are their product, not their customer. All they have to do is keep you and millions of other users from quitting.

no they dont have anything like that, because they couldnt handle the volume, and because "users" are the same thing as "customers" - facebook is free, so you are merely a "user" and have very few rights
