How can I get rid of Yahoo spigot?!!!?

So I have norton anti virus installed on my computer but for some reason it is not picking up yahoo spigot, which I believe is some type of malware. Everytime I open up my chrome explorer it sets the home page to the yahoo spigot thing. I already have done a full system scan and I have already set my homepage to google but I can't get rid of it. How can I remove it manually. Help is much appreciated.

Sorry for the trouble. That must be an extension in your browser. Can you go to the extensions or add-ons list in your browser and then remove the related extension.
