This is the first time I'm trying to sell on Ebay. I want to ship worldwide instead of just US. How do I change that?

In the revise your listing, the shipping section, indicate you will ship worldwide. It is after the domestic shipping information. You can put the weight of the item in so no matter where they live they can see their shipping cost. You can choose Global Priority or First Class Intl. depends on weight and size.

If you're a 1st time seller, stay within the states for now. The cost to ship & track outside the US is expensive plus you will pay a higher paypal fee when converting foreign currency to US dollars. Get the hang of selling a few things as you can always change your shipping options any time.
