Facebook people collector?

I have a close friend that has developed an irritating habit.
Whenever this friend meets any other of my friends or family even just as a quick introduction at a party and a 5 minute pleasantry, she adds them to her Facebook. A few people have said that they find it odd as they didn’t have a proper conversation but didn’t want to be rude not to accept her. Is it worth mentioning to her, or shall I just leave her to it?
