Free: makes a huge poster board with your advert then wave it to passers by on a busy highway.

Alot of money: hire 10 people to wave your advert to passers by on a busy highway.

first you need some decent SEO.
this guy will analyze your current site and tell you how to reconfigure your site to be the closest to the top of google you can be.... and its super cheap.
