Some questions on Paypal and Ebay?

If you want to buy a product on Ebay and the paymend method says Paypal [master card, visa... etc. but it doesn't say Visa electron] and you open a Paypal account with Visa electron could you buy that product?
Do you pay any fee to Ebay when you buy, and if, how much?What about Paypal? I mean only when you buy?

Once you get a Paypal account the Ebay buyer/seeeler gets none of you account information, they only get your user name. So, yes you could get a Paypal account with a Visa Electron and then pay the buyer with Paypal, if Paypal takes Visa Electron. No, the buyer pays no fee to Ebay, the seller incurs all the fees. Ther are no fees for Paypal, there may be an initial 1 dollar charge to verify your credit card or banking information, but this is returned to you. I have had a Paypal for about 10 years and have never had any problems with it, nor Ebay. I have both bought and sold on Ebay.
