Facebook messaging problem?

Okay, so I've been talking to this girl on Facebook since late 2011 now.. And all of a sudden at the bottom of our conversation it says "We're sorry, but soon you won't be able to reply to this conversation because it includes email addresses. Please message these people through their Facebook accounts or switch over to your email account to keep this conversation going. Learn more."

I'm not too sure what this means.. Can someone help me? If I need to switch over to my email how and what should I do to keep this conversation going? Thanks.

it means those accounts are at high risk of identity theft

If worse comes to worse you'll have to find another way of messaging each other. there are loads of messaging services such as Whatsapp, Google Hangouts, iMessage or old fashion emails
