What does the location effects on twitter search ?

my friend just told me to remove the location so she can find me on twitter ? why is that ?

Remove the location?


Well the location, well it tells your location. So I don't see how that can affect her finding your account.

Does she mean remove the block which only allows your accepted followers to see your tweets? Even if this is enabled she will still be able to find you through the twitter people search as long as she had the proper information. Just make sure she has the right user-name and that should fix your problem.
